The KD Website allows the transmission of purchase orders to the company KD S.R.L.S. for a selection of products bearing the "KD" brand (hereinafter the "Products") directly online through the internet for delivery to all countries, excluding countries in conflict of war. Orders can also be placed by calling +39 3458145750 from Monday to Friday (with the exception of Italian holidays) from 10.30 to 18.30 (GMT + 1). The Site does not allow special orders to be made which consist in particular in the creation of a product that does not exist or no longer exists in the KD collection, or in the adaptation or customization of a product derived from the KD collections, and in the manufacture of the latter from part of KD S.R.L.S. . Therefore, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not apply to special orders. Delivery

Deliveries can be made by appointment. KD provides the product home delivery service, and is responsible for the integrity of the product upon delivery.

Delivery by third courier.

The shipment will be made through the third transport company. The choice by courier, will exclude KD S.R.L.S. from any responsibility on the quality of the delivery and on the damage of the product during the transport.

After having filled in the "purchase form", you will be contacted by a KD representative who will allow you, first to confirm the delivery method and in a second moment to complete the delivery data necessary for the correct shipment of your order: shipping country, marital status, name, surname, telephone number, delivery address. Upon confirmation of the delivery method, it will be possible for you to include an accompanying ticket and a receipt with no amount in the event of a gift order.

Product prices are indicated in Euros and include all applicable taxes. With the exception of the reimbursement cases provided (i) in the exercise (Company VAT) of the right of withdrawal or for (ii) lack of conformity and due to hidden defects, KD does not reimburse the VAT charged on purchases made on the Website (even if the buyer decides, after having received them, to ship the Products to a country not belonging to the European Union). KD reserves the right to change the prices of the Products presented on the Website at any time and without prior notice. The Products will be invoiced based on the prices indicated on the Website at the time of placing your order, provided that the Products ordered are at that time available. All orders are payable in Euros and must be paid immediately upon placing the order.

Payment methods

After having filled the "purchase form" the customer will be contacted by a KD representative who will explain the various types of payment:

• Payment by bank transfer.
• Payment by credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro,Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover.

Upon completion of the order, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal platform and will have to log in to your account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one. After the validation of the order with PayPal, you will be redirected to the confirmation page of kdfirenze.com.

Return

As part of the exercise of the withdrawal right, the Products must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging together with the relative purchase invoice, or a copy of the same in the case of partial return. The return of a Product, in case of replacement or refund request, is free of charge. It is sufficient to return the Products in question through our courier, within a maximum of thirty (30) days and starting from the date your request for withdrawal, by contacting the specific email resi@kdfirenze.com and indicating the Product to be returned as well as the reasons for the return.

Change

KD bags being limited in 10 pieces for color and pattern, the changes will be accepted only for defects. In case of change, please contact resi@kdfirenze.com within 30 days of delivery.

Refund

In the event of a refund request, the latter will require seventy-two (72) working hours from receipt of the product (s). You will receive a confirmation e-mail. The reimbursement, which includes the delivery costs of the initial order, will be made with the same payment method used at the time of the order, with euro currency.
Please note that your bank may take up to ten (10) business days to make a refund on your card, based on the processing terms. The time period required varies according to the issuers of the card and we are not able to speed up this process, independent of willpower.
In this case, we advise you to take out the insurance offered by your courier. KD will not be liable in case of loss, sending to an incorrect address or delay in the delivery of any Product that you have decided to return to the Site, as these risks are linked to the means of transport chosen by you and used exclusively by you.

The products sold by KD S.R.L.S. are subject to the conditions of the legal guarantees provided for in articles 128 and following. of the Italian Consumer Code and protects the consumer in case of purchase of defective products, which malfunction or do not respond to the use declared by the seller or to which that product is generally intended.
